Ergem Senyuva Tohumcu is a multidisciplinary sustainability strategist with 20 years of experience delivering high-impact projects across sectors. She co-founded FutureWise Partners, a strategic advisory firm that helps companies and financial institutions assess climate risk and nature dependency and strategize in addition to due diligence for environmental and social risks for investors and banks. Her work includes facilitating sustainability roundtables with NASA, the ILO, YPO and the Responsible Business Council.
Ergem is a faculty member at Fordham University's London Centre, where she lectures on sustainability marketing, nature and artificial intelligence and sustainability strategy at the Gabelli School of Business. Ergem serves as the Head of Experiential Learning, where she designs and curates impactful events, executive learning programs, and conferences that foster innovation and thought leadership. A recognized climate leader with Al Gore's Climate Reality Project since 2010, Ergem is also a member of the BMW Foundation's Responsible Leaders Network.
She is the founder of Yesilist.com, Turkey's first sustainability platform, which produced over 6000 articles on sustainability and organized numerous panels and workshops with companies. She co-founded and serves as a trustee of the Turkey Mozaik Foundation, a UK-based grant-giving organization supporting grassroots initiatives in Turkey, and sits on the steering committee of the Turquoise Coast Environment Fund, a marine conservation-focused NGO. She earned a postgraduate certificate in Sustainable Supply Chains from the Cambridge Institute for Sustainable Leadership, and is certified as a Climate Risk Professional by the Global Association of Risk Professionals and a Social and Environmental Risk Professional by the UN Environmental Program.

Fulya Kutsal is a branding and design expert and certified Life & Breathwork Coach with over 26 years of international experience helping brands clarify who they are, what they stand for and how they express it to the world.
Having held senior roles on both the client and agency sides, she brings a rare dual perspective that bridges business strategy, creative excellence and human insight.
With a strong international academic and professional background, including high school education in Switzerland and undergraduate studies in the U.S, Fulya has worked extensively across Turkey, the GCC and the wider MENAT region, partnering with organizations to strengthen their brand positioning, identity and drive meaningful transformation.
Throughout her career, she has partnered with bluechip organizations including Heineken International, Kraft Foods, Doğuş Group and CBA Design and has led the rebranding of major institutions such as Alarko, Doğuş Group, Paşabahçe, Göbeklitepe shaping their brand platforms and visual identities.
Alongside her branding and design practice, Fulya is also a certified Life Coach and Breathwork facilitator, supporting individuals and leaders in reconnecting with their authentic voice, strengthening their presence and navigating change with greater clarity and confidence.
Today, she partners with brands and individuals seeking to align vision, voice and values to create lasting impact - both in brands and in leadership.
Cihan Koral
Founder, Por Muta & Hasat
Cihan Koral graduated from the Department of International Relations and Political Science at Boğaziçi University. She later received the Jean Monnet Scholarship and completed her master's degrees in Social Security Policies at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven and Social Integration at Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
After working as an expert in the Social Policies Department of the European Commission, she returned to Türkiye and initiated sustainability work at Eczacıbaşı Holding. She carried out sustainability vision, systems, inclusive principles, and target-setting processes for 39 organizations. By establishing the sustainability department within the Building Products Division, she developed and managed the Blue Life Sustainability Management System, which received five awards including the European Business Awards for Sustainability. Her work focused on embedding sustainability across all departments and integrating it with innovation.
Within her consultancy practice, she designs and facilitates programs on capacity development, circular economy and gender, human rights at work, employee engagement, and emergent practices. She has extensive experience with themes of SDGs and human rights, diversity and inclusion, gender equality, capacity building for civil society, conflict resolution, and youth engagement. Her focus is designing and holding creative processes and spaces that bring out the realest version of the dialogues, the bravest version of the individuals and the wisest version of the groups in many different cities in Turkey and abroad (i.e. Germany, Netherlands, Lebanon, Singapore, Myanmar, Vietnam, Iraq etc.). She aims to share mechanisms to hear all voices in groups, making sense of the wisdom of the minority, communication, decision-making tools and community engagement.
She collaborates with universities, NGOs, public institutions, civic initiatives, and the private sector. She is also the founding president of Hasat NGO, which aims to promote inclusivity and locally rooted approaches in addressing social challenges.
Sandrine Ramboux

Sandrine Ramboux, CFA, is a sustainable finance and climate-risk advisor with over 20 years of experience working with corporates, asset managers, financial institutions, and public-sector stakeholders. She co-founded FutureWise Partners, a strategic advisory firm supporting organisations in climate- and nature-related risk assessment, climate impact analysis, and the integration of sustainability considerations into financial and investment decision-making in the UK, Europe and Türkiye.
At FutureWise Partners, Sandrine leads climate and nature risk assessments at asset and portfolio level, with a focus on real estate, infrastructure, and agribusiness. Her work covers physical and transition risk analysis, financial impact modelling, and decision support for executives, investment teams, and public authorities. She also designs and delivers workshops and training programmes on sustainable finance and climate risk assessment.
Sandrine holds a Master of Science in Business Engineering. She is a CFA charterholder and holds the ESG Investing Certificate from the CFA Institute, as well as the Fundamentals of Sustainability Accounting, issued by the IFRS Foundation (ISSB).
Burak Kaplanoglu

Burak is a Sustainability and Safety transformation expert with extensive strategic leadership, consulting, and delivery experience as a senior director and through senior secondments in client roles including working closely with CEOs and Boards. He leads client relationships, build networks, manage large teams and thrive in complex environments in the UK, Europe, ME and APAC in Real Estate, Capital Projects, Infrastructure, Major Events, Transport, Oil & Gas and Utilities sectors.
Throughout his career, Burak has worked for a major Contractor/Developer, a boutique consulting company in heavy industries, a global Engineering/Programme Management firm, and one of the Big4 Consulting firms prior to becoming an independent consultant. He has demonstrated leadership and delivery abilities in complex major programmes such asLondon 2012, FIFA World Cup Qatar, Expo 2020 Dubai, Highways England Transformation Delivery Partner and most recently at the Lower Thames Crossing. He delivered various impactful Sustainability/ESG engagements across the E, S and G pillars such as health & safety, carbon / energy, human rights / labour rights, diversity & inclusion, climate risk / nature, risk management, ESG reporting and investor relations.
He is a member of Real Estate advisory board at London School of Economics (LSE). He is also a guest lecturer in 'ESG and Real Estate' and Technological disruption in Real Estate in the age of AI' at LSE. He holds an MSc in Real Estate Economics and Finance from LSE, MSc in Construction Economics and Management from UCL and a BA in Architecture from University of Nottingham.
